The Ice Plant is plug-ready, suitable for tropical conditions and coastal climate. 
No operating personnel is required. 
The ice factory works fully automatically. 
The plant consists of a Container according to ISO, PVC coated with the following integrated equipment:

Machine Compartment,

housing the complete ice machine, cooling unit for ice store (cooling unit for fish-hold, if included) and the electric control panel. Ventilation of the air-cooled condensers through rear doors and openings in side panels, covered by wire mesh. Checker plate floor. Lighting of Machine Compartment and Stores provided.

ZIEGRA Chip-Ice Machine,

consisting of two separate units, each producting 50% of the capacity. If full ice production is not required, one unit can be switched off, if a defect occurs, one side only will be affected with the machine still producing 50% of total output. 
The freezing cylinder is surrounded by a cooling coil. Water feed from the water-chamber into the cylinder, where it is frozen on the inside. The ice is then removed from the cylinder wall by an auger, is pushed upwards, compacted, frozen further, then broken off and ejected. 
No moving parts, which could cause refrigerant leakage, in the cooling circuit of the evaporators. 

Ice Store

The freshly produced ice is forwarded into the ice bunker by menas of a blower, assuring maximum load of storage facility. 
The store is built from panels with 120 mm PUR insulation. Internal surface stainless steel, walls and floor are watertight jointed. Drains for melt- and cleaning water are included. Door to Ice-Store, opening from inside and outside, position of door optinal. Removable bulkhead behind the door. 
The Ice Store can as well be utilized as Fish-Hold (without any sub-division) or dividing it into separate Stores for Fish and Ice (40 ft Container only), each accessible from outside.
